The Terra Alpine ‘B’ (basement) floor plan is an expanded version of our classic Terra Alpine Bungalow. The basement (1441 sq. ft) version is a slightly larger version of our bestselling Mountain Modern plan with additional options on the lower level. On the main level, 2 bedrooms flank the social areas, providing plenty of room for you and friends to stay all weekend and the open social area in the middle has a seamless transition from kitchen to living area to the outdoors and covered porch. The right side Bedroom is slightly larger with a bigger bath and closet and features a private porch with fireplace. On the basement level we have an option for 2 additional bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms, or, 1 additional bed and bath with additional storage and mechanical rooms. The carport comes standard and is expanded for flexibility with front entry or side entry. Lots of glass and mono pitch roofs make this modern cabin a perfect home for your dream home build.
